About

I’m a multi-faceted web developer who is always eager for a new challenge. Though I began my career in graphic design, I have since moved to web programming. I typically work alone, however I enjoy the collaboration of a group. Lately I’ve been almost exclusively developing custom CMS solutions for various corporations and organizations.

In addition to web programming and design, I enjoy movies, video-games, comic books, and the newest tech gadgets. At present, I’ve seen over 1,500 movies. Some of my favorites being – Star Wars episodes IV and V, Big Trouble in Little China, and Rocky IV. When not watching movies I’m adding to my trophy collection on my PS3. Metal Gear Solid 4, Fallout 3, and the entire Guitar Hero series are my cornerstones. I’m also a daily reader of such blogs as Slashdot, Gizmodo, Comic Book Movie, and Kotaku.

I lived in Orlando, FL for almost 10 years. Moving there to attend the University of Central Florida and subsequently staying after graduation. I was initially on track to do my graduate work in social and political theory, however I decided to indulge myself in a more tangible and productive industry–printing. Spending many years as a large format printing specialist I gradually learned web design and eventually made the jump away from print and entirely into web development. I hesitate saying that I am self taught because it’s been with the help of many talented friends that I’ve learned many programming languages. I moved to New York at the end of 2010 and have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

You can find me most days at home, behind the screen of one of my many computers, or out cavorting with other local developers.
